How to get started?How do I create an account?
Click on “Log In” and “Create an Account”. Fill in your basic details and click on “Submit”.
You are now ready to purchase sermons!
How to login?
1. Help! I forgot my password!
You can request for a new password to be sent to you by clicking HERE
2. I just signed up for a new account but I cannot login!
For security reasons, an account confirmation email will sent to you after first-time sign-up. Please check your inbox for an email from us with the subject "Account confirmation for..."
3. I cannot see the ‘Log In’ link in my browser.
If you are not able to see the "Log In" button even when switching to different browsers, please click HERE to log in to your account.
How to use e-coupon?1. Click on "My Cart".
Key in the e-coupon code in the field shown near the bottom middle of the page.
Please note the following:
i. ONE code is applicable for each order. Multiple codes cannot be applied in one order.
ii. Do not cancel the transaction midway once the discount code has been applied. The system will register the code as ‘utilized’ once it has been applied.
2. My e-coupon cannot be applied!
Your coupon code could have expired.
If you are unsure or face difficulty applying the coupon code, please contact us HERE for assistance.
3. How do I pay using my e-coupon?
The total order amount would be offset by your e-coupon according to its value. Should there be any amount payable, you will be directed to PayPal to complete the payment.
Please click on "Place Order" and you will be able to checkout with the items you have purchased.
How to use Digital Downloads?
1. Where do I find the digital downloads I purchased?
Please log in to your account.
First click on "My Account" shown on the top middle of the page.
Then click "My Downloads" which is shown on the left column of the page. You will see your purchased orders listed.
Click on the sermon title and a window should pop up to prompt you to save the digital download file into a selected folder.
2. The digital download file is streaming instead of downloading. How do I save the digital download file?
You could using another browser to download the files. If you still face problems applying them, please contact us HERE for assistance.
If you are using Apple iPhone or iPad, please see HERE to request for your available downloads to be reset.
How to save digital downloads?
1. I'm using Apple iPhone or iPad
The Apple iPhone and iPad browser software do not allow digital download files to be saved directly. You could make use of third party applications which will help you to download the digital download files from SermonVault. These are available on iTunes App Store. These application will save the digital download files for your future playing and retrieval.
2. I'm using Mac or PC
If the digital download file is streaming in the Quicktime player in the Internet browser, you could disable the Quicktime player.
To do so in Mozilla Firefox, select the "Tools" drop-down menu.
Click on "Add-ons"
Click on "Plugins" on the right
Scroll down the list and disable QuickTime Plug-in 7.6
Is Attributes Retail Store membership discounts applicable on SermonVault?
Attributes Retail Store membership such as the Get More membership discount is not applicable on SermonVault.

What are the taxes incurred for my purchases?
For purchases made in Singapore, a standard 7% GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be incurred.
Note: GST is not applicable for purchases made outside Singapore.
